In 2014 we invested in new equipment to wrap mini bales. We then started making small bale haylage. Since then we have made close to 50,000 haylage bales. We subsequently bought a McHale 955LM wrapper to keep up with the demand for wrapped bales. In 2021 we bought an Inagra high speed wrapper which now enables us to wrap twice as many bales per day as before. We have moved the hay making and haylage making parts of the business to Adam Doughty of Straightline Fencing. We remain in support of Adam and other local contractors. We are developing our Hummel trailer import business. Because we still own all our own equipment, we are able to assist Adam other local contractors when we are not busy ourselves.

We continue to make our own haylage and hay every year to sell to our customers who reside between Upper Hutt and Levin and all points in between. Our Hummel trailers are now working hard across the breadth and length of New Zealand.
